syncing Droid, Google & Outlook calendars

I am sure this has been asked & answered many times before, but I can't find an answer.

My goal: have my 3 calendars synced regularly (every 2 hours is fine). My 3 calendars are:
1) my corporate Outlook 2003
2) my Moto Android World 2
3) my desktop google account's calendar.

I have synced the Outlook 2003 and the Droid calendar. That works well, and I have 10 years of calendar appearing both places.
BUT
my calendar at calendar.google.com exists, but it empty.

So for some reason my Outlook and my Droid can talk with each other, but my Droid and gmail can't talk (or at least it is one way)

My Question; how can I 'push' my calendar from by Droid to my Google desktop calendar ?
