About LinkBackswell i follow the steps of doing the hard reset. I turn it off, then holding X and power it up while holding X then a triangle will appear it did for me, then after that you slide the window back down then holding volume up then pressing camera button at the same time. which i did the after that i dong get nothing popping out or at least a menu screen please, please help me

02-11-2011 02:20 PMThe x key on the keyboard. I see you have an Eris. You're in the wrong forum. I believe on the eris you hold power and the volume down key (or both volume keys?) to get into recovery.

heres the fix
when up volume and camera dont work / and also search buttom desn't work.
- press both volume up and down only and together
- use volume keys up and down to scroll
- use power key to select
