[Request] Frost theme for Rubix?

I really like the frost theme on liberty (thats about the only thing I like about it) came back to Rubix.. can someone please port this rom to Rubix or give me an idea of how to do it?

I looked around and found a guide how to theme but its way over my head and frankly I have no time to sit on my computer for hours on end..I do that on my phone XD!!!
