DF Holiday Theme Contest poll

Well it seems as though the Android Angel has paid Droid Forums a visit a little early again this year! She is in need of another theme for her phone for the Holidays, and she knew of only one place to come, DroidForums.net! She has offered us a challenge. She wants one of our members to come up with a theme that she can use for the upcoming Holidays!

The Android Angel knows how many talented members we have and didn't want to choose one by herself, so she is once again asking for the community's help in selecting the winner. She even added a little incentive for the winner to express what this Holiday season is all about. The winner, chosen by the community will receive a shiny new NEXUS 4!!!!

Who will make the Android Angel's wish of having a great Holiday theme come true? You guys get to decide that. Good luck to everyone who enters!"

Written for the T-Mobile Theme Engine

Design Philosophy: I wanted something that reminded me of my childhood. I never get snow, so I wanted that to be a crucial element in this theme. Snowy trees are one of my favorite memories. I wanted an elegant design, but still having a little fun thrown in.

Since I'm the graphic designer for Team BAMF, this theme was written and tested using the BAMF Paradigm ROM, but will also work very well on any ROM with the theme chooser (CM10, AOKP, etc.)

BTW, there are a lot of really great themers and friends in this contest, so I'm very nervous and excited to participate. Good luck to us all!

Here is my Holiday theme submission.

This is for the theme chooser and has been tested on BAMF, AOKP, and CM ROM's at android version 4.2.1, but should be good on any JellyBean ROM with the theme chooser.

After applying this theme, make sure you reboot in order for all changes to apply correctly.

Here's a Theme for the Theme Chooser for ROM's that include it. This is just a Red/Green version of the my Cobalt line of themes (Imagine Crimson & Kiwi with 600+ new original Images)

Apply it like any other Theme Chooser Theme and reboot to ensure everything has changed. If you get a "Missing Assets" error just "Apply Anyway". If you get an "Improperly Compiled" error just apply the "System" theme, reboot your phone, then apply this theme when your phone boots back up.

First off I would like to say thank you to Droidforums for this oppurtunity it is an awesome contest for us themers. On to the theme i wanted to do something a little different and move away from the traditional red and green christmas theme so what I came up with is more of a blue and silver theme with hints of red and green that im calling iced xmas. Its a theme chooser theme and should theme just about all aspects of your phone I truly hope you enjoy.
