Good Luck All!
If I had the opportunity to go back in time and revise Android history, I would have Google mandate that any variations to the OS that the providers added must be easily removable, and that the OS interface be sufficiently standardized that someone can remove the add-ons if desired, and that folks could update to new OS versions immediately, and not wait for the providers to update their flavor of the OS.
This would allow the providers to offer the differentiated features to the masses, and still allow us to stay with the latest OS.
i would have selected the biggest companies and let them make androids, cause now we have a bagillion different phones. and i also would have contracted phone companies to we can keep the same phones on all the networks because we have different names for everyone. i think it would make it easier to market the phones as well... keeping it simple
I would make it a law that all android bootloaders are unlocked, each and every phone made would have two different Android OS options (Manufacturer skin and vanilla Android), each manufacturer has an option to build your own phone with a $550 cap, and the developers on websites like this are funded by each manufacturer and Google because they deserve to get paid for fixing a lot of things that they mess up.

I rarely use DF on the desktop and mainly use Tapatalk, so if I don't or can't see something in your sig, a vid, or a pic, don't blame me!!!
If I could go back in time in the history of Android, I would simply make sure that Android and the G1 was released before the first iPhone was. Then everyone would've flocked to Android and it would have an even larger fan base. Manufactures would've picked up on it and there would be more accessories and the like.
I would pitch the idea to Bill Gates and would get the Android ball rolling years before it did. That would probably make Android a PC and mobile OS...
One thing 127 Hours has taught me; Never forget the Swiss Army Knife, leave the "Cheap Made in China multi-tool" home.
I would have got Rich by buying APPLE stock, sold it, then bought Motorola, and custom built the most bada$$ Bionics the world has ever seen!!! Just say'n! I "REALLY" LOVE MY PHONE!!! LOL

The one change I would implement is more of an OS standardization. In other words, when there was a new version (i.e. ICS) all manufacturers would have to comply with an update within 30 days. Thereby making the life of the devs a whole lot easier.
If i could go back into android history, I would make every phone a high-end device. Such as dual-core 1.5 Ghz, Good game graphics, Gorilla glass, and juiced up battery life that would last days.
