    Deep Thought #1
How does Verizon sell phones at their own stores? Any phone they sell, can be found for 50% to 75% less on Amazon, or at Best Buy. Does Verizon operate their stores on a "there is a sucker born every minute" business model?
    Deep Thought #2
Is Verizon's customer service philosophy: frustrate, aggravate, and exasperate, these annoying interruptions to our day, will eventually go away?

    Dream Tablet

    My dream tablet would have:
    - 1920x1080 10.1" Wide-angle pixel-qi screen
    - 10-point capacitance touch
    - MIT Anti-reflective super glass
    - A15 Quad-Core 1.5Ghz processor
    - GPU that handles games easily and can decode high profile 1080p in real-time. Preferably with WebM hardware playback as well.
    - 2GB RAM
    - 128GB SSD
    - Gyroscope
    - Accelerometer
    - Bluetooth
    - Light Sensor
    - No back camera (wasted expense). Let's be honest. I am not holding up a 10 inch table to take a picture.
    - 8MP Front Camera that handles low-light well (video chat).
    - Microphone
    - No GPS (wasted expense). I have my phone for GPS.
    - Wifi b/g/n
    - Full SDXC Card slot (no reason for a microSD in a tablet)
    - Full HDMI Type A Port (cover for sexiness)
    - Full USB 3.0 A Port (cover for sexiness)
    - Microphone port
    - < 10mm thickness
    - < 1.5 lbs
    - Latest Android
    - Supports Fat32, NTFS, and exFat file systems on removable devices.
    - 7+ Hours of continuous 1080p video playback on battery (not included battery in dock).
    - User replaceable battery (extra)
    - < $800

    Keyboard Dock:
    - x86 processor
    - 128GB SSD with Windows
    - additional battery
    - additional SDXC Card Slot
    - 2 more USB 3.0 A ports
    - When docked, tablet can either boot into Android or Windows.
    - < $300

Alternatively if the x86 processor can actually keep up with ARM in both high computing power and low power consumption, make the tablet processor x86 and the tablet itself dual boot.

If this tablet came out, I would consider buying it even if both components were $1500 put together. The beauty of Android with the backwards comparability of Windows and the e-ink abilities of pixel-qi with the clarity of MIT's super glass would make this perfect for me. If Windows 8 is a hit though, it might cause the Android requirement here to disappear, but I want to be able to change that if I want. No locked boot-loader garbage. There is no conceivable reason for a locked boot loader on a tablet. I am yet to be convinced that there is a reason for one on a phone. If all this came out right, I don't think I would ever carry a laptop again. My desktop might even become neglected.

First and foremost - has to be a NEXUS tablet, no Manufacturer UI of any kind.

    Ultra Sensitive solar charging capabilities
    2gh quad core processor
    4 gb ram
64gb storage and sd card slot for extra room
2 slide out feet for vertical use
Virtual keyboard that projects to the front surface infront of the tablet for easy typing
    Water and smudge resistant glass
Virtual PC mode (so i can use it work and get rid of my desktop)
And my final wish - Google powered international internet connection via Satellite

My dream tablet has all the capabilities and features listed by everyone else but also makes me chicken parm sandwiches. The features on my dream tablet may possibly be influenced by the fact I haven't eaten lunch yet.

    Dream Tablet

    My dream tablet would have:
    - 2048-by-1536 resolution 10.1" Wide-angle screen
    - Magnetic keyboard dock that when not in use attaches to unit as stand/cover
    - MIT Anti-reflective super glass
    - A15 Quad-Core 2.5Ghz processor
    - GPU that handles games easily and can decode high profile 1080p in real-time.
    - 16GB RAM
    - 500GB harddrive
    - Built in scanner. If you can get a bar scanner for Ipad why not just build into cover or unit.
    - Projecting keyboard onto table
    - Projecting unit onto wall for 60" screen
    - Gyroscope
    - Accelerometer
    - Bluetooth
    - Light Sensor
    - 8MP Front Camera I don't need a back camera because who takes pictures with a tablet anyway.
    - Microphone for class recordings
    - No GPS (wasted expense). I have my phone for GPS.
    - Wifi b/g/n
    - Full SDXC Card slot -
    - Full HDMI Type A Port
    - Full USB 3.0 A Port -
    - Latest Android DON'T load with bloatware
    - Supports Fat32, NTFS, and exFat file systems on removable devices so I can attach an external drive or usb stick and read files off it.
    - 7+ Hours of continuous 1080p video playback on battery
    - User replaceable battery
