I currently like the Droid RazrMaxx. I am anxious to see more phones coming with ICS.

I would have to say the Sony Xperia Ion, Sony may finally catch up in the hardware world now that they have cut out ericcson. Anyone with a ps3 knows Sony has the capacity to make a nice solid product, and honestly they look like they put a lot of thought into their designs. Downside, I'm sure it will be GSM only and I'm on vzw. (Speaking of which I don't think the gnex votes should count, phone was teased in 2011 not 2012)
