Don't own the D3 myself, but my little sister does. The dock would make for a great gift for her and she would be able to see the clock easily with this dock.

I should get the dock because I haven't been picked to win a Bionic yet! Actually it would be pretty sweet as I have no reliable internet right now because I had to boot the ex g/f out, and she had to take the internet and cable with her. It would make for some nice netflix viewing right on the Sammy.
