I should win cause i have been using a droid since the OG Droid came out. Finaly had to go to a thunderbolt because of 4g data plan issues. Wanting to get back to a Moto Droid badly.

First of all, thank you for the contest and allowing me to post. My poor old Motorola Droid is getting a little long in the tooth and is way under powered. While using Google maps, it is very difficult to even answer the phone, and I use maps quite a lot. Again, thank you for the opportunity to win.

I want the Bionic so that I can "upgrade" my wife to my Droid X. This way it's a win win. I get the Bionic and she gets a X and we spend $0 doing it. However, if I buy the Bionic I will probably not be able to post here any more as I will by lying in a shallow grave. Only reason it is shallow is because she wont dig a six foot department hole.

I think I should win because of the orphans and world hunger and poverty. These things have nothing to do with the Bionic but I should still win.

The reason why I should win is because I'm an awesome Droid Forums member!!

As an IT guy and a current college student my phone has become attached to me. The number of times my Droid X/ X2 has saved my butt is unreal. I'm always using my phone to take pictures of switches and routers because I don't feel like busting out the Visio drawing of the network. :P Its also pretty much my way of keeping up with the outside world. Outside of work it keeps me up to date with everyone on Xbox Live, burning time, capturing those fun times with friends, and a good source of information. The Bionic would be a great upgrade from my Droid X (since i let my friend use my droid x2) and would really help when it comes to getting all day battery life, and opening documents much faster with the dual core, cant forget about the LTE and the incredible download speeds. With the dev support im sure this phone will get i'll probably end up donating a good amount of money to these Developers for creating such great roms!

I should win this because my D1, while still functional and "getting me by" from day to day, it is slowly slipping away from me. As of earlier this week, I no longer have a functioning volume rocker. As of a few month's ago, I no longer had a function camera button. I successfully self replaced a failed touch screen about 6 month's ago, but because of an imperfect seal, dust has slowly been collecting underneath on the LCD. There are probably people out there who deserve to win more than I do and there are probably people out there that need to win this more than I do, but I would definitely love that chance to win and own this amazing phone! I've only recently become active on DF.net, but I definitely feel a part of this community will be sticking around long after the "bionic speculation machine" I've been so active in finally dies down (hopfully with a bionic in hand to post about).

Why should I win?

New to Android, I have seven boys (yes 7). For teenagers, i'm on the roads a lot traveling for the air force. My wife is often home with the kids. The features of the bionic would keep her more organized and allow my self to stay better intouch with her and the family. I guess it is not so much a need but a want. Military is tough on her and the family so whatever I can do to help them out I will do.
