    Some 7 rc 2 issues on D1

Anyone else experiencing a far greater battery loss? No usage and app changes from 6.1 - 7 rc2, but now I'm no longer able to get through the day. Light gmail usage, 1-3 phone calls (10-15 minutes each), reading on NYT app (30 minutes or so), and that's about it.

Also, facebook sync keeps on disappearing from the accounts menu!

    Thanks!

Most battery issues come from your CPU governor and your display brightness. CM7 is great for adjusting display brightness. You can use mrbirdman's display settings in CM7 to get better battery life. http://bird.no-chains.net/2011/03/09...ight-settings/

Also play between the "interactive" governor and the "on demand" one in cyanogen settings > performance > CPU settings. The other thing I've found is not maxing out your kernel speed seems to help at times. If you're running a 1 ghz kernel Max the speed to 900mhz.

Thanks for the reply. I've switched over to interactive governor and set my cpu max to 900mhz. Display setting on automatic.

In two hours since the last charge, I went from 100-50. Without using the phone at all! With the screen off, my profile is set to 125mhz to 250mhz. The top 3 battery usage is the following:

    Android OS 39%
    Phone Idle 19%
    Cell standby 15%

I really feel like there's something wrong with my battery...

Dude that's something to do with the system... I can change all my settings around a million times and play on the phone all day or not at all and one thing remains constant: display is ALWAYS the top battery user no matter what. Even if OC'd to 1200mhz on interactive governor and brightness set to its minimum.

Definitely a kernel issue, try using reprimed or deprimed, you could also try cvpcs, p3, or peter alfonso kernels

I'm using the stock kernel and it's better than it's ever been.
