Can't get a shortcut to all applications on dock

I am running CM 6.1.2 on Droid 1 with ADW launcher.

Everything has been working fine except my shortcut to all applications that was on the dock has disappeared and is now replaced by a shortcut to settings.

I can see the dock without issue, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to get a shortcut to all applications back on that dock, or anywhere for that matter.

I have rebooted several times and nothing seems to help.

Long press on an empty space and select launcher activities and then open/close app drawer.

Long press on the desktop screen to bring up the menu. Choose the "open app drawer" function/shortcut and hit ok. This places it on your screen. Next, drag it to the dockbar in the slot where you want it. This is assuming that you didn't just activate the hidden dockbar and cover up your main one. Are the rest of your shortcuts still on the dockbar, or did they all disappear?

Long pressing the desktop brings up only the following options:
    - Shortcuts
    - Custom shortcuts
    - Widgets
    - Folders
    - Wallpapers

I don't see an "open app drawer" option

Dockbar still has phone, settings, and browser in it. It has two open spaces for a total of 5.

I could be wrong, but I don't think long pressing on the slot will work in ADW like it does in Launcher Pro. I thing you need to drag it from the desktop into the slot. Currently running LPP so I can't verify this.

Choose shortcuts and see if the option is in there.

Nothing in there. There is an option called "applications" but that lets me add a singular shortcut to a specific app. There is no option to pull up the all apps menu.

Nope not at all. I used to see those 4 squares before in the dock, and that would take me to my apps. But now its gone, replaced by a shortcut to the setting menu.

    Very odd.

In the settings menu I can still change the ADW settings so I assume the program is running correctly.
