• File Manager
• A few Launcher Speed Tweaks
• File Manager should work like a ICS app now.
• Home Button animation tweak. Credit to CrushD for finding it.
• Fix don't interrupt ongoing PIN/PUK verification
• Uses 4.0.4 props
• Increased video recording quality.
• Switch to Linaro's libjpeg-turbo
• Make notifications consistent with the Gapps'.
• Feature : Volume adjust sound preference
• Hide Buttons completly during fullscreen do this to prevent burn in on OLED devixes and also to get a cleaner look
• Secret sauce from Franco. Should increase performance.
• Slide lock delay support
• Browser: New navbar buttons
• Camera: Hide storage option if device only has one storage
• Improved kernel config for Tuna
• Hide Adb Notification
• Add multiple UUID tags to profile
• Option to hide IME switcher
• Electron Beam Animation

Changes in 5/24 build:

• Lock screen Weather
• Make 'Power button instantly locks' toggle work

Please please pleeease look into auto toggle for data when the screen is off... I have read a bit about it and saw it was complicated to switch radios seamlessly but I think it would definately help with battery life. Maybe also think about a super save mode where data is toggled off completely while the screen is off but every half hour or so it turns on for a minute to update notifications, emails, and other data features. please!

Sounds like something you could do with tasker, Im not sure about the 4g to 3g but I know you can do the data thing.

I did see a bit about turning off services completely and I will Dec look into it more but it would be a great addition to a ROM. Also since we are on the topic some ROMS have a reboot feature in the power menu. Def love that. Is there an app to add that to the power button menu?

Don't know of an app but there is a flashable mod over on XDA.

I'm ready for some CM9 goodness!
