I was looking at the updated changelog for Sapphire and it says that AOSP has been updated to correspond to the new froyo 2.2.1 release. Would this be the same as Liquid's FRG83 build?

I was looking at the updated changelog for Sapphire and it says that AOSP has been updated to correspond to the new froyo 2.2.1 release. Would this be the same as Liquid's FRG83 build?
Sort of, though when building from source it is meaningless to talk about these build numbers, other than using proprietary files.
FRG83 is a build Google released for the Nexus One, I believe.
