Ever since 1.1.0, after switching from portrait to landscape (or the other way around), it takes nearly 10 seconds for the icons to come back. Anyone else having this problem?

Ever since 1.1.0, after switching from portrait to landscape (or the other way around), it takes nearly 10 seconds for the icons to come back. Anyone else having this problem?
The correct term is redraw. Change your launcher settings to not go to landscape mode and you should be fine.
Really? Thats like saying your car has a bad muffler and the solution is to cut it off.
To change orientations the launcher needs to be killed and restarted. As far as I know that's the situation with every launcher and there's nothing to be done about it.
Why it's slower with newer versions of Sapphire I have no idea.
To me it seems the slowest when you go from an application, downloaded or built in, to your home screen and then try to change the orientation. Repeated changes often load quickly.
