01-27-2011 07:41 PM*edit: I removed my post because I am unsure if the installation process on the Droid2 is the same as D1. Regardless you will need the correct rom file for droid 2, which is tanzanite I believe.

01-27-2011 07:44 PMAre you installing on a droid 2? Sapphire is only for Droid1 you will have to use the Tanzanite release instead of sapphire on croms.net for your rom file.

Roms are installed differently on d2. You need koushs bootstrap. Pick a rom in the d2 rom section and ask for support there. I am unfamiliar with droid 2 hacking sorry
