    Debugging issue

    I noticed the other day that I seem to keep the USB Debugging icon up even when my phone isn't hooked up to my computer. The screen shot was taken after I unplugged my phone from an AC charger and not a USB charger connected to my computer. Anyone have any idea why I am getting this?
