    Every time I try to install Sapphire I get stuck at the M logo. I wiped data & cache.

    Are you installing the ROM .zip booting up then rebooting into recovery to install gapps? I tried installing the ROM and gapps at once and got stuck on the M too ...

    Have it loaded up and restored all my apps, running great so far... but this is Sapphire so I really don't expect any problems.

    I Got my warranty replacement DROID activated yesterday, rooted today, flashed Sapphire 2.0 this afternoon. So far the replacement is in beautiful shape and working great.

    BREEZE theme coming very soon( just waiting on a tester to make sure i didnt miss anything) ...so far this seems like a great rom thanks for all your hard work guys its always appreciated.
    Usually running MikMik roms with some sort of unfinished theme by me so im back to working on that
