09-27-2010 05:46 PMChevy, is it possible you can theme this deskclock.apk blue, and allow to install on SS4.8.
I tried doing it, but it didnt work. Blue would be awesome. Even if not blue...if you can advise on how to install it I would appreciate it. I love the voice alarm set feature.

09-27-2010 06:23 PMawesome! 928 droid did this but it is themed for his black glass...that would look out of place on my blue theme lol.
The issue is that this apk is deskclockgoogle.apk, and needs to be renamed deskclock.apk...to avoid having 2 functioning deskclocks. I could delete the original deskclock.apk 2.2, and leave this one, but if I theme in the future, I will run into issues because of the apk name not matching.
The color in that link is white...which is fine with me as well. I was going to delete the stock deskclock, and install this one, but I tried renaming that came with your ROM deskclock.apk.bak and then installing the voice command one...it didnt allow install. So...Im nervous about deleting it. I didnt see the option in scripts either.

09-28-2010 05:04 PMHere's an option for you. If you don't like the blue clock that comes with the ROM, then don't use it. If you don't like the blue theme that comes with the ROM, find another ROM.
