I am wondering how I can dump, or even if I should dump, apps I don't want in my case facebook twitter and a few others.
Titaiumbackup says I can uninstall them, will I mess up my phone, do they have there tenticles into other programs, I dont use them I want that space for things I do want.
I mean will SS4.7 still work if I do that?

Nope, go for it! Fewer apps = faster phone. I uninstall quite a few of the default system apps. You do need to be careful though because some apps are required for the operating system to run or for the phone to be useful. For example, the keyboard and phone apps. Also, you can delete/hide quite a few of the default apps by using ChevyNo1's amazing built-in scripts. These can be found under "Settings" --> "ChevyNo1 Extras" --> "Scripts." Just make sure you check the "hide/delete" check box so that it deletes the apps you select rather than just hiding them.
how do you know which ones are needed?
I got rid of twitter, amazon mp3, and google goggles for sure. I never use any of those.
Do not get rid of stock messenger if you plan on using Handcent or Chomp. The stock one is necessary for sending/receiving mms messages.
I would like to delete a couple more things.
Any of these apps of any use at all? I never use them.

All of those are safe to delete :)
I use an app called System App Remover. Works perfect.
