About LinkBacksI am using SS for the first time, and find a lot to like (thanks Chevy!). I think there is a bug though that's driving me nuts. When plugged into a usb cable, the USB Connect screen continually pops up whenever I try to do something. It happens plugged into the PC and the wall outlet. It also doesn't matter if I turn on usb storage or hit home to exit. The popup to connect keeps occuring. Anyone else having this issue? Thanks.

08-19-2010 02:19 PMI wiped and reinstalled. No further issues with the USB connection screen, and my phone feels snappier too. I am thinking that a wipe is needed when coming from BB.

08-19-2010 03:50 PMI'm coming from SS 4.6 and I have the same issue. I last wiped when I went to SS 4.4 or 4.5 and have been doing in place upgrades since ChevyNo1 suggested it. I can easily reproduce it by plugging the phone into my laptop, opening the Android browser, loading a web page, and then tilting my phone 90 degrees. It happens every time. If there is any thing I do to help you debug it feel free to ask.
I'm running SS 4.7 with the stock SS 4.7 kernel and the AWD launcher if that helps.Last edited by nukem; 08-19-2010 at 03:52 PM.

08-21-2010 01:16 AMI just whipped twice and I still get the same issue. This happens with or without having USB plugged in on boot.

08-21-2010 01:17 AMThe USB thing also comes up if I just have it plugged in and I just awake the phone. And yes I previously removed it.
