Your right about Bkapps/Rstapps you can have a clean install(wiping everything) and then bypass the Google log in screen. Download and run Bkapps on whatever Rom you are currently running, you can check on your SD card to see a file named SimplyStunning. Now wipe and flash SS 4.7, bypass the Google log in screen. Next go to Chevytools run RSTapps and you will be logged into Google, all your apps, screens and from my testing ALL my widgets restored. It took around 6-7 minutes for all my apps(around 70) so don't be alarmed by it taking awhile. I would suggest once you setup anything else you might want like Notification/status bar colors, etc you make yourself a backup. You can then always fall back to a nice clean install if a theme, kernel or other modification doesn't work correctly.

Now enjoy Chevy's work, it's certainly THE BEST SIMPLY STUNNING ever.

you say try not wiping even if coming from another rom, has anyone tried coming from BB 0.4? I am tired of dealing with the persistent system update reminder and want a new base. I love chevy's kernels and would try his rom in a heartbeat if I didn't have to wipe.

Although I have not tried the install without wiping, I just installed the bkapps.zip and ran that. This way if I do have an issue I can wipe then reinstall 4.7 and run rstapps - IMO the rstapps feature is like installing without a wipe anyway, so easy!

I was running InsaneNemesis Rom for the longest time, was my first, it popped my rooting/rom cherry.

I got bored at work tonight and figured I would mess with Rom Manager on break because I have the paid version. I downloaded 4.7.

I did a Full WIPE/Cleanup of phone and started fresh.

My phone is amazing now, I seriously feel that much better. It took some of the desire of me getting a Droid X away. Which is amazing since I cant afford it right now anyways. Its around 570$(before taxes) w/out upgrade or new contract.

My Droid 1 feels fresh and new w/ [ ChevyNo1 SS 4.7 - SS Blue Theme - 7x LV 1.2GHz ].

If half the world put as much support into their Hobbies/Interests as you did Chevy, everyone would be extremely happy. Good job on all your work/progress.

I'm getting a FC whenever I try to use a "delete" script. It will freeze for a bit then the FC pops up. I tried rebooting and fixing permissions but that didn't solve it.

Just got this puppy up and running - looking good so far! I, like others have mentioned, noticed that both the WiFi and 3G icon appear in the notification bar when WiFi is on. I ran a speed test and was getting 9Mbps, so I know it's running off WiFi - guess the 3G icon is a fluke.

I thought I would mention I was coming from Sapphire 1.0 with the Watermark'D theme and tried installing (via SPRecovery) without wiping. Everything installed and booted up fine, but my screen would freeze randomly. Battery pulled and rebooted a couple of times and same thing. So, I had to wipe - but with bkapps/rstapps who cares?

I just tried installing the Pandora white pull down theme and it did not work. Renamed it update.zip and did the the typical things with SPRecovery ... am I doing something wrong? Tried it twice with no luck.

Pandora Pull down menu is completely non legible, lol.

Your link seems to be broken on your primary post so I cant fix yet.

Once this is fixed and I can read my Pandora again, will be as I can tell Flawless

This was an issue in 4.6 as well. I believe that weatherbug/cubed/other app with this problem do not use the standard .xml theme that is used to change the text color. They pick their own colors which happen to be black. Not sure of a fix.
