About LinkBacksI have tried both 928's and the Watermark theme and both seem to slow my phone and have a lot of lag. Anyone else getting this? For now I'm back to stock 4.6 notheme, I hate the blue themes.

08-09-2010 09:17 AMI really don't see how a theme can hurt your phones performance. I mean all a theme is is the same exact files and framework with image changes...

08-09-2010 09:26 AMI have experenced it with the 928 theme but not watermark. With the 928 theme it cuts my quadrant score in half.

08-09-2010 09:54 AMI believe a theme could do so - reasoning is the png's themselves - if the themer is creating files that are significantly larger than the stock ones, and in addition have not been run through optipng (I do this for my theme), it takes resources to load that stuff up, and scroll it back and forth on the screen, etc.

08-09-2010 03:26 PMthemes have also been known as a virus like on windows xp or windows 7 the files are bigger and the graphics are more complex so yes performance is always gonna hurt when you instal one
