Phone call issue

When i hit the call button to call somebody before my phone even shows the dialing screen it goes black and to get the screen to turn on while in call i have to open keyboard moving phone around does nothing hitting power button does nothing i have to open keyboard and hit a button to get it to turn on anybody having the same issue?

Yea I've had a few weird issues with the phone, well using the phone part that is. Sometimes when I receive a call the screen would go black, then I'd hit the sleep button, and it'd be at the lockscreen. That and sometimes when I end a call, it really lags out. Like it'll take like 10 seconds for the call to actually end, and it'll be moving along really slow. But most of the time it works normally. No idea of what could be causing these sporadic hiccups.
