    SS 5.4 home screen issue

    I'm not sure what the deal is but I'm unable to move any icons on any of my home screens. Long press dosnt bring up the menu and I can't delete anything from the home screens. I've tried reboots and fix permissions and nothing works. It used to work great and just kinda stopped working. Any ideas? Thanks
