I've played with Liquid... it's like the little girl of olde... when it's good, it's very good, but when it's bad, it's very very badI like the stability of SS.

so far liquid 3.0 seems pretty good, and its almost totally revamped...i just hope chevys new release is enough to "simply stun" the competition lol...come on chevy, you never let me down before lol
1% increments seems really awesome. Liquid don't got that. But will forsure copy chevy x)

Well liquid already uses chevys kernels so whenever the 1% kernel chevys been working on is released you'll be able to flash it on any other rom. Liquid will most like use it as stock.

I think Chevy stated on twitter that it's in the rom and not the kernel.

I remember pretty specifically that its in the kernel partly from what I read in twitter and partly from what I know about kernels. I could be wrong but I'm 99% sure its a kernel thing.

"- 1% kernel on D1 was not to the kernel - but to OS itself"
From twitter, not sure what it means though.

You can't just flash a kernel with 1% increments and expect it to work on any d1 rom, there are framework images that you need to make it work, it is in both the kernel and rom, and I know because I used to theme roms

Ok so we were both sort of right. I guess the kernel allows the battery reporting in 1% increments and the rom allows it to be displayed by having the actual percent images. This is what I was talking about from his Twitter "How would you like to have 1% battery on D1/sholes AND DX/GB kernel? Testing it now. Not AS accurate as charge_counter - but working"
