I was playing around with terminal emulator and performed a df. Some of the % used seemed very high and wanted to see if I should be concerned.

/system: 97%
/data: 82%
/cache: 43%
/config: 77%

I also see:
/dev
/mnt/asec
/mnt/obb

all with 0% used but with space allocated.

Nothing really of concern there - /system is pretty much maxed out on any D1 rom, unless it's very stripped down. Your data is getting up there, but still has 18%.
