    Cool New Android Market working on SS5.4

    I got it from here: http://www.droid-life.com/2011/07/12...ersion-3-0-26/

    renamed it from .zip to .apk copied to SD card and installed.

    When I first opened it and agreed to the user agreement, I ended up getting a network error message. Hit menu button, settings, content rating...just opened it unchecked them, rechecked them, saved settings, closed market and re-opened and bingo opened right up and connected without any errors.

    I am running 2.3.6 on SS 5.5 (not released yet)
    D1 GB (10/17/2011) - Simply Stunning Gingerbread v5.6 (2.3.7) - from Source - 10/17/2011
    DX GB (10/17/2011) - Simply Stunning X Gingerbread v2.2 (2.3.7, GB Kernel) - from Source - 10/17/2011

    Hmm...I only posted it as I had read a few things stating people with cyanogen mods which you now colaborate with were having problems. just wanted people to know it works...I would be happy if you had the 2.3.6 available for download :-)

    Cant wait to try out 5.5 either :-)

    2.2.6 is old. I think JEFFSGTP linked to the wrong article. It was posted December 11th, 2010. He probably meant to link to this one, with version 3.0.26

    Hmm...I think they just miss labeled the download...the version I just installed (check in settings application manager) says the same as you bplewis24 "3.0.26"

    Either way, I updated my original post to reflect the correct page (Thanks MB27)...weird I was able to get the correct one from the old page though.
