About LinkBacksI was going through the Widgets and noticed a bunch of settings if you select the power control widget. It has exactly the feature I've been asking for and looking for for months now. That is, enable/disable Bluetooth when ext power on/off.
I have a Droid dock in my car and this allows me to not have to toggle bt on and off now when getting in my car.
There's some more controls in there as well, check it out if you haven't already.

06-16-2011 07:32 PMYeah that is a good feature, but I have my dock hard wired so its always charging when plugged in. I've used some free apps from the market, but found they themselves running were more of a drain than just keeping BT always on. Originally Posted by virtualhuman

06-17-2011 07:37 AMI still use Setting Profiles, it is more customizable...but that's a nice alternative if it does what you need. These days, any way we can save resources on our aging phones is a plus. I'm going to need to upgrade soon.

06-17-2011 09:22 AMThe only thing I wish that the status bar had was a brightness button? Or the ability to mod what buttons are on the status bar. Because I really done ever touch my bt or location buttons.. could totally put a brightness and flashlight app into those to spots and I would be super happy.
