To start - sorry for the kinda-sorta-lame changelog - I've been soooo slammed.

If you are already running 5.3 and have no issues - you should not have to wipe. BUT you should wipe cache. If you have weird issues - WIPE DATA ALSO. IF YOU ARE RUNNING RZR - you MUST have 2.0.3 or you will bootloop at the 'M'! You may ALSO have this issue with SPR. I know the latest version of RZR and any recent version of CWR should work just fine. If you see virtually no pause after seeing the text 'Installing data files ...', this is the problem. A critical part of the install is not running correctly. Latest version of RZR (2.0.3)

NOTE: If you perform ANY operations in recovery before installing the ROM (ie. wiping) - REBOOT BACK INTO RECOVERY, and THEN install the ROM.

If you get any apps that FC when they never used to before - go into Settings -> Applications -> Manage, choose the trouble app, and clear data/cache. That SHOULD clear it up.

For market issues (thanks spc_hicks09!) - "If they're having issues with Market not restoring apps OR with Market crashing or failing to install apps. Tell them to reboot into recovery, mount USB and then delete the "android_secure" folder on the sdcard. Then wipe, then relfash the ROM"

If scripts (in Tools) are not working - MAKE SURE you have USB Debugging enabled in Settings->Applications->Development!!

And also - big thanks to my testers (in no particular order) who did a great job helping me out: redoregon, moset, spc_hicks

No screenshots at this point - I'm tired, worked on the cabin allllll day (yea, AGAIN!)

However - a quick blurb about what is new:

3G now does NOT drop after a call - credit to cvpcs
Toggle 2.3.3 vs 3.0 Music app (both included)
stock fonts back (previous broke intonations for languages such as Greek)
volume wake-up key option, credit to cm (extended media controls takes precedence)
faster kernels
ext2/tun external modules and selectable via Tools
hopefully google voice fixed (related to network set as 'Simply Stunning')
Hide/Delete QuickOffice Fixed (this app DOES NOT show up in installed apps .. but is invoked when you open a doc)
Add option to hide/delete Google Books
Fix BT voice prompting

downloading on company's T1 line and it's going slow, so there are probably just a ton of people trying to get it
