Open Market, press menu button. Select "Settings," under "Content Filtering," select "Show All Apps."

Hey i am using a mod version Simply Stunning 5.4
Baseband Version C_01.43.01P
Android Version 2.3.4 on my motorola Droid..
and there are may apps which my android market does not recognizes..and one of them which i am looking for is Whatsapp. i have tried and change the settings in Content filtering of the market, but still no go!!

Could you please help

I am using ChevyNo1's 1100mhz Medium Voltage Kernel

2 main ways to use SetCPU to get extremely good battery life. Make a "screen off" profile and you can use either one of these 2 settings:

Max: 550
Min: 250
Governor: powersave

OR

Max: 250
Min: 125
Governor: powersave

If you use the one with a max of only 250, you will most likely get a black screen when you receive a call. If you just let it ring a little, the screen will come on. Below I attached 2 screenshots from my phone.

The one that says 6 hours on battery and still at 100% is with the stock battery using the SetCPU profile with a Max of 250, a Min of 125 and using the "powersave" governor.

The other one is using the same profile on SetCPU, but with an Extended Life battery and it shows 11 hours of use and still on 100% battery life.

in the SetCpu app there is an option to set on boot. while changing the settings do i need to keep the check box checked for set on boot on the Main Tab of the app...
I love this ROM the best ever.. and it will last me this phone for more 2 years..

I don't know about you guys but I am achieving amazing battery life (on my Moto Droid 1) now that I switched over to SS from UD.

I am using SS 4.5 along with setcpu.
I have 3 different setcpu profiles for charging, in call, and screen off.

I average at least 17 hours and have seen as much as 25 hours.
I do use my phone quite frequently for email, web surfing, sms, kakaotalk, whatsapp, gps, in calls/out calls.

With UD I would be lucky to see 11 hours of use before receiving the battery warning @ 15% with the same type of usage listed above. I have tried using countless amount of different kernels just resulting in excessive battery drainage.

Patiently waiting what 5.5 has in store for us

I am not able to install Whatsapp on my Chevy no.1 SS 5.4

How did you manage to install it on your phone..I have a motorola Droid A855..

Try setting the filter to "Mature" instead of "Show All"

no it doesnt work..i am little confused the market says the app you are trying to downlaod is incompatible with this version of android???
