i all of a sudden started having problems connecting to wifi...let alone detect wifi even using an after market app.
i am currently no more then 10ft away from a wireless lan which i have remembered and it does not pick it up.
anyone have any helpful hints?
Im on the verge of trying a fresh flash if nothing else come up soon bc it seems to also be draining the **** out of my battery
I've had connection problems too, it seems to connect then disconnect, then connect again. Eventually it connects and gets an UP, but it's annoying. I'm rooted, are you?

as per my signature im running ss 5.2 rom with chevy lv 800mhz kernel
This was happening in liquids ROM too. What people said works is the following:
go to settings>wireless&networks>wifi settings>menu button>advanced>
Set wifi sleep policy to "Never"
Select "Use Static IP Address"
People on Liquids post for 1.9 said this fixed theirs. I couldn't get it to work on mine so I had to do a nand restore to SS 5.1 then flash 5.3 over it and that worked perfectly for me.
