Select accounts to backup with rstapps

Hey everyone,
Way back when I first activated my phone, google apps account werent supported in the market, voice, etc. Now that Google has enable apps accounts to prrform these functions, I would like to go ahead and remove the gmaila ccount that I never use, and make my apps account my primary. Everyone says you have to do a factory reset to do this, but I would rather not loose all of my phone settings/widgets/program settings, etc. Is there anyway to do a backup my my phone while choosing the account I backup? Thanks.
