Phone rebooting

So every so often the phone will reboot, well I found out what does it but not sure how to fix it. When i turn on my wifi switch if it doesn't connect quickly it will freeze then reboot. and after the reboot if I got to my pics there is some ad pics saved in it, happens alot. any ideas on how to fix. yes it is rooted and I use ti for backup and bloat freeze for freezing apps.
