    Still unable to update to Gingerbread

    The over the air update always fails about 30% through. I rooted my phone not too long after I bought it, and froze all the bloatware.

    I read on this forum and a few others many had this same problem because they had rooted. Has anyone had any luck getting updated?

    Last night I defrosted everything, unrooted, did a factory reset... update still fails.

    SO frustrating.

    Bring it into verizon, they'll replace it...
