Update v1.3
1. Fixed Market notifications in status bar.
2. Fixed Superuser notifications in status bar.
3. Fixed Plume notifications (new animated notification in "donate" version).
4. New Themed Market 3.3.11.
5. New market widget design.
6. And a few other image fixes.

Will definitely provide feedback when I can. Ironically enough with the ROM I am running now I am apparently having issues getting any themes to stick but I am sure I will get it to work eventually. Looks really cool as long as I don't reboot for all the changes to take place lol.

You are the second person thats told me that, what rom are you runnning and is it just my theme?

Liquid 3.2 and no it is not just your theme. All my others are also not sticking, it must be ROM related since Nemo seems to be doing ok with it.
