    Question double or triple texts?

    I wasn't having this before, but since switching to bbv0.5 I've had the interesting issue of receiving texts 2-3 times, all at once. I'm using handcent, my messaging app is disabled so as not to notify me so I know it's not that, it's all handcent. Doesn't matter who it's from, but sometimes it's 2x, sometimes 3x and this morning I got a text from my wife 4x.

    Any ideas?

    Are you using a stock charger. After market chargers or ones from other phones make the Driod do strange things.

    I'm getting the same thing as well, but never more than a duplicate text and its sporadic.

    Are you saying it may act strange WHEN charging or possibly as a result of a charge with a different charger?

    I typically use the outlet plug that came with my droid but with a longer USB cable I bought from monoprice.

    Good to know it is not just me!

    I to am having the same issue and I'm using the optional desktop charger. But it doesn't happen all the time.

    I sometimes get double or triple texts. rebooting usually corrects it.

    - using the stock charger, but this always happens when I'm out and about
    - rebooting hasn't corrected it completely. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't do it.

    I get this sometimes. But for me it has to do with either me being in an area where I have low signal or the sender having low signal.
