I was running stock rooted FRG01B and flashed up to FRG22D. In doing so I lost root. Superuser ninja is still present but su gives permission denied and apps can't request superuser.
How can I get root back, and be on latest rom?

where is petes frg22d? because the "latest" bb rom is .4 ( [ROM STABLE] Bugless Beast V0.4 Android 2.2 FRF84B (Fully Deodexed))
you also state in your title that its petes...but in your question you say stock.
you seem a little confused.
so i'm just going to give you this post, so you can root whatever version of frg22d you're using...
Unless I'm missing something, in the download section of peteralfonso.com, FRG22D rooted is not available.. it says he will be uploading it after his trig exam.
Further down he has the OTA FRG22D... that isn't what you downloaded was it?

Pete had FRG22D on his site at one time. I downloaded/installed the odexed version and installed over rooted FRG22 -- lost root but used Moto's detailed instructions to regain root on the otherwise stock FRG22D.
Root Droid 1 - regardless of OS version
Yeah, sorry, I wasn't talking about BB, but there isn't a forum for Pete's Other Stuff That Isn't BB. I'm talking his stock rooted ROMs.
Also, FWIW, I downgraded back to FRG01B rooted. Guess I'll have to wait it out for FRG22D stock rooted rom. Don't feel like dealing with SBFs and **** (I'm on a mac)
