I downloaded FRG01B from Peter's Site and lost Root

OK I like to tinker. It's just my nature to check out the latest updates. I always back up my latest ROMs (including today which is BB v0.6).

This afternoon, I downloaded the FRG01B that Peter posted today Peter Alfonso and after installing I lost my Superuser permissions. So I have Android Version 2.2 version FRG01B on my phone. I no longer can soft boot as when I try, I get the "exclamation point" error message.

ROM Manager no longer works nor does Titanium Backup. I do have Terminal Explorer as well as Root Explorer (all my files on my SD card seem to still be there).

What do you guys think I should do to get Root back? Remember that I am now running 2.2 FRG01B. I bought Easy Root from the Market but they have not emailed me the keys yet as they are probably way behind from their fiasco over the last few days.

Thanks in Advance, Folks! I thought I was safe since I did a backup but losing Root put a damper on that, lol

Can't you boot into recovery with X+Power to restore a backup?
I realized my signature was dumb, so I removed it.

Actually the last update was supposedly capable of rooting 2.2 also, reports confirmed it too. Unless I'm mistaken, I do believe it's possible.
