when i updated my laucher all i did was back up the theme from the old version, uninstall it then install the new version and recover the backup. It all worked fine for me and has been

My new REVOlution LauncherPro theme uses the same widgets as the Gingerbread theme. I think they go much better with REVOlution.

hey i installed the dock for the evolution one. yet it doesnt show up with the black bar. it is just transparent. is it suppose to be like that?

yes it is supposed to be like that, that is the stock icons. press and hold an icon on the bar at the bottom and add a shorcut, then add a "custom image." after you select that open the folder you downloaded that has the icon images from page 1. apply whatever one you want and BAM! your all done. Just repeat for all the other icons.

yea i did that. but the text backgrounds are transparent. so i jusy used a dark background so i could see them. minor issue. i do love this theme tho. sets my phone apart from the other guys' droids that i know

Gotcha. I don't actually use the EVO theme so the green looks a little funky. I will switch to the gray Gingerbread theme instead.
