Default : 1200/125mhz - ondemand
Screen Off : 400/125
Temp >44.6 : 550/125
Charging/Full : 850/125
Battery < 21%: 400/125
Battery <41% : 700/125
I got these straight from Skull's Overclocking 101 thread and they have been great for me so far. Highly recommended and thanks to him.
Performance will ramp up faster and ramp down slower so your phone will stay at the higher end of your max more often. If your going for battery life I would go with OnDemand as most of us do.
You probably want your screen off to be higher than 250/250 maybe 400/250 so you dont miss calls/texts and can still process in the background. If you turn it off with stuff going on and its max is 250 it may lag a ton when you turn it back on.
You don't need anything for battery at 100% btw. But I would recommend toning your battery down at 41% and 21% at least, and put that 1% in there because its LESS than 40, so if your at 40 which your phone will read, it won't go down till it hits 30. You can also have one at 61% if you really want to conserve and put it at like 1000mhz or 800mhz.
Oh and never have it set to 1200/1200 unless you want your battery to be 1) Hot as hell and 2) Die very fast..
Hope I helped.
