messaging memory full? weird problem.

i'm on bugless beast .4

a couple days ago i got a notification telling me my system memory is low (after installing 'mind crime'). it was at like 25 free mb.

today i got a notification saying: "text messaging memory full. Incoming message was rejected"
i looked and i had 2660 messages.

i have never seen a message like this (and i've had more than 5000 messages before) and i know sms messages take up virtually no space, so what was this all about? i deleted them all but why did this happen?

(btw, i uninstalled mind crime because i dont need a 20 mb game and i cant get apps2sd to work on this rom)

I had this problem when I went from Onix1.2.5 without wiping. I reinstalled 0.4 with wiping and now I'm not sure if I fixed or if I'm just waiting for it to happen again.

I am getting this now, after doing a clean wipe and installing Kangerade 5.0.9. I did the wipe to try to solve another issue, but may go back to me nandroid backup of 5.0.9 that I installed without a wipe.
