Transferring Call logs etc.

Hey guys I was wondering how I could transfer my call log and messaging log when updating ROMs and clearing Data and cache?

Also my school email account loses all the messages I deleted on my droid when updating. Before I update I can go into the trash folder and the emails I deleted are there. After updating rom and wiping data/cache I lose those emails. Any suggestions how to keep them?

Thanks for your help. I have been looking on the forums and couldn't find anything about both of those issues

you can use titanium backup to backup call log and messages. just backup dialer storage and contacts storage. then you restore them and after you reboot your phone they'll both be there, works for me every time. as for your email problam idk

Well that's easy enough.... now if only I can keep my deleted emails somehow!
