When this ROM was released (almost a year ago) the only 1Ghz processor was the snapdragon in the Droid Incredible. The only other major Android device was the OG Droid (EVO hadn't even been released yet when he was working on it).

Most people at the time used an app to manage CPU speed called SetCPU or scripts.

Bugless Beast is a great ROM and there is nothing wrong with it. It is pretty simple to add a new kernel (especially if you have ROM Manager).

i am not having much luck with the gpas on my droid... mainly performance issues... i noticed I have much more ram available in foryo then i ever do in any gb rom.

that said... where is all of petes froyo roms... I dug through his blog and even the miriors posted in their for bb .05 and .04 dont work...

anyone know where they are hiding at these days?

His latest froyo ROM is in a sticky in this section and I just checked the download link and it seems to be active still.
