Well it depends if you have sprecovery you name it update.zip and if you have rom manager with clockworkmod just choose install rom from sd card

Have you tried changing your audio quality in settings? Is it strictly Pandora and no other audio as well? Mine seems fine.

uhhh ok for some reason when I went from .03 to .04 all my apps are now stored on my phone and do not give an option to move to sd card? Anybody know a way to get them on, or even better why this has happened?

You can use the apps2sd -e script in the BB Toolkit. If you don't want all your apps installing to SD card, though, when you're done moving the ones you want to move, you need to go back to BB Toolkit and run apps2sd -i, because those changes survive reboot.

I've had problems with ROM Manager since I moved to 2.2 ROMs. Well, the problems are sporadic, and it doesn't seem to be effected by anything I can do, and most of the threads I've read say that it's related to 2.2. ROM Manager must not have an update for Froyo yet. Any other thoughts?

Another question is why will the Iron Man theme not work on this new .04? It has worked fine throughout BB Froyo ver 1-3.

It's a new source build? I really don't know but thats the best guess I have.
