I loaded this on my phone last night on the 1st and now I have two backups one for the 1st and one for the second. Which backup should use?
From my experience, whenever I create a backup from the 'Backup Current ROM' line in ROM Manager, the default backup name is pretty close to the actual date and time (ex. I create a backup at 10:30pm on July 1st the file default file name is 2010-07-01-22.30.00). However, when I click the 'Backup my current ROM' after I have downloaded a ROM in ROM Manager, the file name that is automatically created is like 5 or 6 hours off from my time (ex. Using the same scenario as before the file name would be 2010-07-02-03.48.00). Like I said, it's what I've experienced so in your case the labeled with the 2nd would probably be the latest.

    I hope that made sense...

    Thanks Pete!
Quick question, is there any way to get the old -droidboot animation? (the one that says "DROID".)

I tried running it @ 20, 25 and 30 fps, but it's way too fast that way and the Droid eye looks like it's on speed or something.

Sweet! Is there an easier way to just download this file to my sd card then use BB Tools to change out the boot animation or something?

Run script from OP after putting boot file on sdcard.

A little over my head. That's why I was asking if there was an option within BB Toolkit. There's an option for 'droidboot' but it says something about speeding up and I would assume it's already set to the faster option available but that was before this.
