    Guys, I also had this problem until I saw the "50% without signal" thread... It has nothing to do with the kernel, but with the newest radio...

    50% cell signal

    For me, BBv0.2 eats batteries much faster than BBv0.1: After 12 hours of sitting idle, my BBv0.2 battery life was down to 50%. On BBv0.1, 12 hours of idle would be down to 90% battery life.

    That said, it seems to me that BBv0.2 and BBv0.1 both eat batteries faster than BBv1.1 when actively being used. I can go through 10% battery life in about 10 minutes of use on the Froyo kernels, where BBv1.1 would last much longer.

    I agree. I have V.2 and use p3's and I still have 80% and been off charge since 0630 CST and I have been using it so this is not idle battery use.

    for me p3 was pretty bad with battery. chevy was bit better... kinda wanna try p3 again. they ran very hot though
