Why is this in themes?

I am trying to get a theme setup on it. The one I had on BBv0.1. I tried the updated version Team_CHAOS_Clean_black_froyov1.3 but it seems to be with a rom not just an addon as it states. So 3 times of installing BBv0.2 tonight and trying different d/l's of there theme, this time I went back to Team_CHAOS_Clean_black_froyov1.2, and all seems good so far.
Only thing im bumming about is the theme seems to change spare parts and I losse the ability to change font size. this time I copied spare parts to my sd card so I can try to put it into the theme instead of there's :(
