Why don't you leave the script in place and use a lower frequency kernel? You've shot yourself in the foot two different ways there...

keep the script and let the rom adjust cpu speed with the 600 mhz stock kernel
Hmmm. Tried to wipe from a previous BB (1.0) but I tried to run terminal scripts and I keep getting permission errors? Any light on this subject? Thanks to Pete!
Got the BB1.1 up and running this morning. And, as usual, the Bekits kernel hates my phone. Dropped 20% in an hour of use. Dropped in P3Droid LV 1000 and have dropped 10% in 3 hours (1.5 was streaming Pandora while mowing the grass and doing some pool cleaning). My phone has never played well with Bekits for some reason.
A 2 Droid family (one a bone stock Original and a rooted and themed X)
Is there anyway to remove the battery precentage indicator, in the battery icon? I'm running smoked glass.
my gmail took a bit to sync too
My gmail is not syncing either and is why I came here to post also. Sync is on. I installed NexTheme, which I know isn't complete, but it doesn't make sense that a theme would interfere with syncing. Any suggestions?
I dont know if this has been covered, but its hard when theres 51 pages... Now that there are more home screens, is there any easy way of getting all the icons that were on the original main home screen to the new main one and so on with the rest?
No battery indicator for me either...
