App Syncing Slow Since BB Upgrade

I recently updated from 2.0.1 to 2.1 w/ BB V1.0

I love everything about it, however there is one small issue bugging me. I have noticed my Google Voice, Gchat, and Gmail messages all are syncing to the device with much more of a delay.

For example, Google Voice voicemails used to show up within a minute of missing the call. Now it is taking up to 30 mins. Google chat (talk) messages are also slow to come in, not instant anymore. Same issue with Gmail, messages are delayed in syncing.

Not sure if this is some sync setting I can't find, a bug, or what.

Help please!
