Awesome Boot Animation for Bugless Beast (Credit to Mbk, compsci04 & carlz28)

I'm sure a lot of you have seen this already, but I figured I would post it here for all of us Beast users!

I am in no way claiming this is mine...I am simply resposting this in this section of the forum so all of us running BB can see it.

Credit goes to Mbk for making this, compsci04 for the original Unstable Core bootanimation.zip, carlz28 for the Bugless Beast image, and SupAll for the idea to create this for BB.

The youtube vid doesn't do the graphics justice... I just haven't figured out how to get it to flash video and still keep it looking as crisp as they actually do on the Droid... it looks insane live...lol

Looks awesome, but is that how long the Droid normally takes to boot? I feel like mine doesn't take that long, and I don't want to install a boot screen and keep it on longer just because it looks cool.

Just installed it...

I do like the beginning Droid Does part but I don't like how it repeatedly switches from the colorful ball thingy to "Bugless Beast", it would be cool if it did one or the other, not both. Also, does it have to include "By Pete Alphonse (sp?)"? Yes, he is the man and all for the ROM but it makes the boot animation less appealing (IMO). Also, the image quality looks pretty bad (on my droid atleast).

If you were to have no animation images at all, then you'd get that ultra quick bootup...lol
That being said, I added more images (Bugless Beast images) which did add length to the bootup, but it may also have to do with whats installed on my Droid.

I personally like the flicker between the Unstable Core and the Bugless Beast, but I also did one with only the Shatter and the UnstableCore..

As for the image quality on your Droid, don't know what to tell you because it looks pretty crisp on mine... the UnstableCore images does look a little crisp than the Shatter & Bugless Beast images.

Awesome! I didn't think anyone would make one so quick. The electrical ball seems out of proportion, though. And for the rain BuglessBeast...it feels a bit out of place. I dunno. I like the concept though and I'm definitely going to be using it. It's nice of you to give credit but it was only an idea, haha.

Yeah, the water in the Bugless Beast is a little different but that's all I have found currently... unless we can find a light or fire themed Bugless Beast image sequence...
